| The ITS Executive Board determines the direction of Information Technology at SUNY Fredonia based on institutional mission and priorities, with advice and recommendations from ITAB and the Associate Vice President of Information Technology. Membership: Virginia Horvath, VPAA; David Herman, VPSA; Tracy Bennett, VPA; David Tiffany, VPUA; Karen Klose, AVPIT The Information Technology Advisory Board (ITAB) is a visionary, planning, working, and advisory board to the ITS Executive Board. ITAB assists in formulating information technology objectives and provisioning for appropriate information technology access, security, and policy for ITS Executive Board consideration based on institutional mission, priorities, and recommendations from the established steering committees. Steering committee membership is reviewed on an annual basis by the ITS Executive Board to ensure objective membership representing divisional and institutional stakeholders. Steering Committee Task Forces or Project Teams are formulated as necessary to provide evaluation or implementation services. All representatives are expected to solicit and share information with their constituents and likely stakeholders. Steering Committees and ITAB meet on at least a monthly basis. Membership: Chair-Associate Vice President of Information Technology Services, Steering Committee Chairs, College Deans, *Two Student Representatives as appointed by the Student Association, *Two Faculty Representatives as appointed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs, *One additional member appointed by each Vice President excluding the VPAA, and Recording Partner.
