timeout from your hectic schedule and relax with various stress
relieving activities including: coloring, crafts, and games
All day: Healthy Bites. Stop by LoGrasso Hall, the Health Center will be offering free healthy snacks.
9 a.m. to midnight: Quiet Study Areas; Williams Center 103C and 204E.
11 a.m. to noon: Zumba Dance; Dods Hall Gym. Dance away stress with a free zumba class.
11 a.m. to noon: Freezie pops and Frisbees; McEwen Hall lobby. Relax with free freezie pops and frisbees.
11 a.m. to noon: 10 Minutes to Stress Free; Reed Library Lobby. Learn more about breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga to help you relax, reduce test anxiety, and focus for finals. Offered at 10 minute intervals throughout the hour.
Noon to 1 p.m.: Paws to Relax; Reed Library. Pet and play with certified therapy dogs with Dr. Nancy Gee from Psychology.
7 to 9 p.m.: Exam Study Break, Williams Center Multipurpose Room. Sponsored by Spectrum.
