What is the ResNet Office?
The ResNet Office is a multi-functional, student operated help desk which provides dedicated high-speed Ethernet (Internet)connections to students living in the residence halls. ResNet provides the following services for students living in the residence halls:
- ResNet Connection Support
- In-dorm Wireless Service & Support
- Hardware and Software Assistance
- Electronic Card Access Support
- Residential Network Security
- Residence Life Equipment Sign-Out
- ResNet Printing Service
- Assist with Computer Purchasing Program
Mission Statement
To provide superior customer service through use of telephone, email, and face to face assistance to students living in SUNY Fredonia residence halls with Ethernet connectivity, hardware/software troubleshooting, electronic card access and network security issues.
