Participation stipends include payment for participation in vocational training, secondary school training, and other nonacademic programs. The participant stipend form should be filled out completely and it should also be accompanied by the supplier's complete W-9 form if it is not already on file in the Research Foundation office. Payment cannot be released to the suppliers until the W-9 form is completed. These types of payments should be forwarded to the Research Foundation office located at 302 Maytum Hall.
