Welcome to the Building Services and Grounds website. The Building Services and Grounds Department was established in January 2003. The major focus of the Department is to maintain the outstanding physical appearance of the campus both inside and outside. A dedicated team of maintenance and cleaning staff work to provide clean, safe and well-maintained facilities. The Department is comprised of over 100 full time people. Throughout the academic year and during the summer months, many students provide additional resources to help maintain the buildings and campus grounds. The Building Services and Grounds Department works hand-in-hand with the Department of Facilities Management. Together these departments have created a seamless entity dedicated to providing clean and well-maintained facilities which Faculty, Staff, Students and Visitors have become accustom to here on the SUNY Fredonia campus.
