Right-To-Know Training

Federal OSHA Requirement CFR 1910.1200 requires that every employee receive Hazard Communication training upon initial employment and NYS Standard NYCRR Part 820 Article 28 of the NYS Labor Law requires Right-to-Know training annually. Failure to complete the training could result in fines and/or penalties. In order to comply with this standard, each employee will be required to complete online training. The training will only take about 15 minutes to complete.

Training is available on ANGEL as part of the group "Environmental Health and Safety Training". Instructions for completing this training are listed below.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at anne.podolak@fredonia.edu or give me a call at ext 3796.
