Call Julie Bartlett in the office of Environmental Health & Safety at extension 3796 with your name, campus phone, and class you wish to attend.

Please print the SUNY Lifesaver Manual and review it prior to class. We also request that you bring it to class with you.

What do I need for the class?
Please bring your SUNY Lifesaver Manual with you. Everything else is provided. Also remember to wear comfortable clothing. You will be on the floor most of the time!

Is this training hands-on?
YES! The majority of the two hours will be spent on the floor in front of your Resesi-Annie practicing the techniques.

Where is the class being held and how do I get there?
Classes will be held in the Aerobics Center in Hemingway Hall unless otherwise specified. Not sure where Hemingway Hall is? View the campus map. The aerobics center is down the outdoor stairs to the left of the main entrance.

Is there a cost for the training?
No. The training is Free!!!

Is the training open to the community?
No, not at this time.
