International Express Mail is the fastest and most expensive type of international mail. It also insures against loss, damage or rifling up to $100 at no additional cost. However, International Express can not guarantee next day service internationally. An Express Mail form must be attached. (can be tracked at http://usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm)
Global Priority mail is an accelerated airmail service that is reliable but more economical than Express. There are two flat rate Global Priority rates also available to select countries. Mailers are available at the mailroom.
Letter Post includes letters and letter packages, postcards and small packets that weigh 4 pounds or less. Letter post items can be sent either airmail or economy.
Parcel Post is comparable to domestic zone parcel post because it is designed to accommodate larger and heavier shipments whose weight and/or size exceed the established limitations for letter post. Parcel post can be sent either airmail or economy.
Surface mail offers the most economical means of sending international mail but also requires the longest delivery time.
