Description of Services


The four main functions of the mail department are:

  1. To pick up, sort, and deliver incoming mail from the U.S. Postal Service.
  2. To collect and distribute inter-campus mail.
  3. To validate and transport bulk mailings.
  4. To meter and deliver campus outgoing mail to the U.S. Post Office.

Daily Runs


  1. U.S. Post Office incoming mail pick up is at 8:15 a.m.
  2. Academic and Administrative Department deliveries are made in the morning.
  3. Dormitory inter-campus deliveries are done in the afternoon.
  4. Delivery to the U.S. Post Office with outgoing mail is at 3:00 p.m.
