The University cannot determine if you qualify for one of these tax credits or the amount of credit that may be allowed. We suggest that you order the necessary tax forms if you intend to complete your own return or consult a tax advisor. Because the University is not in the position to offer tax advice, we request that you do not call the institution for any further information than is offered on this web page. If you should misplace the Form 1098-T that was mailed to you, 'Your Connection' will provide you with the same information that was reported. From the Main Menu, choose Student Services and then Student Accounts to see the Tax Notification option. You are not required to mail the Form 1098-T with your tax return.
