Summer and J-Term Rates for 2008
Summer and J-Term charges are calculated by multiplying the number of credit hours by the appropriate "fee per credit hour rate" based on your student status as listed below. There is no cap on the amount. Students that choose to register online must pay within 24 hours to secure their schedule. Students not able to pay within 24 hours of their web registration should register by mail or in-person instead.- Undergraduate, degree, regularly enrolled at Fredonia - Schedule A
- Graduate, degree(or permanent certification) eligible to register at Fredonia - Schedule B
- Visiting Students
- Undergraduate students must submit a statement from their home college confirming class level at the end of the previous semester - Schedule A
- Graduate students and students enrolled in a Permanent Teacher Certification Program at their home campus - Schedule B
- Non-degree (non-matriculated) students, either Fredonia or Visiting, are charged by the level of the course- 100-400 level courses use Schedule A & 500-600 level courses use Schedule B

Students are required to pay at the time they register for courses. Critic Teacher Waivers, Graduate Assistant Waivers and UUP Waivers are applied against tuition charges only and do not cover fees. If you choose to submit any of those forms for deferment or if you have authorized financial aid, bring your completed registration form to the Student Accounts Office. |

Rates for Non-Matriculated Graduate Students
Non-matriculated graduate students are charged tuition according to the level of the course. During the Fall and Spring semesters only, students taking 12 or more hours will be charged according to the course level combination with a minimum charge equal to the full-time undergraduate rate and the maximum capped at the full-time graduate rate, determined also by their residency status. During Summer and J-Term sessions, there is no limit or set maximum. Fees are consistent. [ Back to Top ]On-Campus Housing

Other Fees
LatePayment/AdministrativeFee: Required payment must be received prior to the due date printed on the bill. A $30.00 fee is assessed for any account not paid by the due date. ($10.00 is charged on balances under $30.00)Late Registration Fee: All students who register on or after the first day of classes will be charged a late registration fee in the amount of $40.00.Additional fees: Some courses and majors have associated fees assessed at the time of registration. SUNY also authorizes additional fees for Drop/Add transactions and Returned Check charges. Fines are assessed for parking violations as well as by the library and departments for late return or loss of equipment.
