SUNY Fredonia Vehicle Procedure Change

Please be advised that effective Monday, August 27, 2007, vehicle request forms should be submitted to the University Services Office, 302 Maytum Hall. Vehicle key pick up will also be at the University Services office between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:45 pm. Key drop-off will continue to be at the Services Complex. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Becky Krzyzanowicz or Terry Tzitzis in University Services at x3257.

THE UNIVERSITY VEHICLE REQUEST FORM REQUIRES ORIGINAL SIGNATURES

THE FORM MAY BE FILLED IN USING YOUR COMPUTER AND
THEN IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND DISTRIBUTED FOR THE
REQUIRED SIGNATURES AND AUTHORIZATION.
