Freshman Applicants
After completing the application, your guidance counselor attaches your high school transcript and sends it to the SUNY Application Processing Center. We prefer that you list Fredonia as a college choice when you take the SAT or ACT so that we will receive scores directly from the testing service. Our school code for the SAT is 2539 and for the ACT is 2934. Scores reflected on your high school transcript are acceptable as well. We will acknowledge receipt of your application by sending you Part II of our application asking for more information. We welcome additional materials, including optional letters of recommendation and a personal statement. We will notify you of our decision by mail.

Transfer Applicants
Send your application directly to the SUNY Application Processing Center. Submit official college transcripts, and other supplemental materials, including Part II of our application that we'll send you, directly to:

Apply Online
Any student can apply online, an especially convenient option for seeking admission by using the State University of New York Online Undergraduate Application. This application enables you to apply to Fredonia and other SUNY colleges.

If you are a freshman applicant using an online application, you must download the Transmittal Form (.PDF format) and submit it to your counselor. If you cannot download the Transmittal Form, click here for a web-based, printable version.

Part II of Your Application
Part II is an optional addition to your Fredonia application. Upon receipt of your SUNY application, we will notify you by mail of your Fredonia identification and pin numbers, needed to the complete Part II of the application. Once you have your Fredonia identification and pin numbers you can complete your Part II application on-line.
