To Reserve Smart Classrooms:
Faculty who are hoping to secure a Smart Classroom should let their department chairperson know at the first phase of course offerings development each semester that the room is requested (for example, if you want a smart room for fall, you would need to let your department chairperson know of this early in the spring semester - probably the first week in February. The registrar reviews the demand for these rooms each semester and meets with the academic deans establishing priorities. Generally speaking, preference is given to courses with the largest enrollments.
