1. Click on the "Your Connection" graphic.
What to do in case of failed login ("Authorization Failure"):2. Your user ID is a unique string of 9 characters starting with F. If you do not have your F number, please contact the Alumni Office at alumni.office@fredonia.edu or 716-673-3553. Once you are logged in, you can view your user ID information under your "Personal Information" page. 3. Enter your six-digit PIN. If your PIN fails, see below. If you do not know your PIN, contact the Alumni Office at alumni.office@fredonia.edu or 716-673-3553. 4. Agree to the terms of use. 5. Select a new PIN.
1. Try the "Forgot PIN?" button. Did you use "Your Connection" as a student?2. If you receive the PIN Reminder page with your question and answer clue, it means you logged-in previously and changed your PIN. 3. If you do not receive the PIN Reminder page, and are kept on the "Authorization Failure" page, we may not have your complete information in our system. 1. Log on to "Your Connection" as you did before. 2. You will now see a new menu item, "Alumni." 3. Enjoy your new privileges! |
