Highlights: 2007-2008 T&F --- Ran two new personal best times at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala - the first indoor meet of the season. Ran 5,000m in 18:22.57 which is 3rd in FSU history, and 3,000m in 10:36.45, #4 in FSU history. 2007 XC --- Placed 2nd overall at our home meet with a 5k time of 20:08. Faught off minor injuries in the middle of the season to finish 22nd at the SUNYAC Championship. Came back stronger at the NYSCTC meet at Saratoga State Park with a time of 18:31 for 5k and 19th place. Jessica made it a spectacular season at the NCAA Atlantic Regional meet, running a PR of 22:43 for 6k and finishing 21st out of 241 finishers. Although she missed an NCAA appearance by one spot, she was All-Atlantic region for the second time.2006-2007 T&F --- As a freshman, won SUNYAC Title in the 3000 meter steeplechase, with a school record time of 11:52.87. Ran an indoor 5,000 meter personal best at Kent State in 18:33. 2006 XC --- Joined a very solid XC team and contributed often as our #1 runner during the season. Helped the team to the program's best finishes in school history, and first NCAA qualification - although the team did not receive a bid. On Sept. 7, won the Nazareth College Golden Flyer Invitational in a time of 15:14 on a 4,000-meter course and was named NYSCTC Female Runner of the Week after leading the Blue Devils to a first-place finished ... finished 2nd overall at the Fredonia Invitational on 9/16/06...finished 8th in her first ever collegiate race on 9/2/06 at Case Western Reserve's Bill Sudeck Classic. Finished 6th overall at the SUNYAC Championship meet and was the first freshman.
High School... A 2006 graduate of West Irondequoit High School in Rochester, N.Y. Section V Champion in the 3,000 meters.
