Highlights: 2007-2008 T&F --- Started the season off with a SUNYAC qualifier at the Kent State Golden Flash Gala in December. She covered 1 mile in 5:45.04. 2007 XC --- Consistantly was our #2 or #3 runner. Trisha was 29th at the SUNYAC Championships. She ran a 5k PR at the NYSCTC meet, in 19:10. She ran once as our #1, at the Nazareth College XC Invitational, running the 4k in 16:07 and placing 3rd out of 88 runners. Finished 9th overall out of 57 runners at the RIT-UR-Hamilton-Fredonia meet at Genesee Valley Park, with a 5k time of 21:08 on a very hot day.2006-2007 T&F --- Ran lifetime PR's at the Wake Forest Invitational in North Carolina on the team's spring trip. Trisha covered 1500m in 5:05.36. At the indoor NYSCTC Championships at St. Lawrence, Trisha became a school record holder as the 800m leg of the DMR. The team set a new mark of 12:44.74, breaking the old mark by :10. 2006 XC --- Helped the team to the program's best finishes in school history, and first NCAA qualification - although the team did not receive a bid.
High School: Turned program's ninth-ever fastest 1,000-meter time last winter during indoor track and field season ... was team MVP and sportsmanship award winner while attending Lake Shore Central School in Angola, N.Y.
