BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Fredonia State rallied from three goals down for a 6-6 SUNYAC tie Saturday with the Buffalo State Bengals.

Aonso also had two goals and an earlier assist, while Ian Evans (Clinton) and Jordan Oye (Richmond, B.C.) also had goals. Muscatello also had an assist.

Nicholas Petriello (St. Catharines, Ont.) scored three goals for the Bengals (3-5-1, 2-2-1 SUNYAC), who led 6-3 prior to the Blue Devils mounting their comeback.

Pat Street (Annapolis, Md.) stopped Buffalo State's Jim Durham (Marilla) on a penalty shot with just 28 seconds remaining in regulation to preserve the tie after a Fredonia State player closed his hand on the puck in the crease during a scramble.

The Blue Devils jumped out to a 2-0 lead midway through the opening period, but Buffalo State evened the score at 2-2 by the first intermission. Both teams scored on their first shots of the second period, with Fredonia State scoring eight seconds in, and the Bengals tying the score just 18 seconds later.
