BUFFALO, N.Y -- Buffalo State (13-1, 7-0 SUNYAC) overcame an early five-goal deficit to defeat visiting Fredonia State, 15-12, for its 13th consecutive victory in a SUNYAC game today at Coyer Field.

Fredonia broke an early 2-2 tie with five consecutive goals, before Buffalo State stormed back with nine in a row to take a lead it would never relinquish. The Bengals outshot the Blue Devils, 27-20. Ashley O'Brien (Honeoye Falls/Honeoye Falls-Lima) made five saves, and Nicole Faulise (Buffalo/Mt. St. Mary) had three stops for Fredonia.

Karen Shaddock (Corning/Corning East) paced the Bengals with four goals and four assists.
