BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Fredonia State jumped to a 15-0 lead en route a 64-44 road win Tuesday over D'Youville.
Junior guard Kevin Saunders (Batavia) led a balanced offense with 14 points. He also grabbed five rebounds while senior guard Wayne Davis (Binghamton) had nine assists and no turnovers.
The Blue Devils (4-1) had only 12 turnovers while D'Youville commited 23.
Fredonia State led 32-19 at halftime.
The Blue Devils are idle until next Monday when they entertain Pitt-Bradford at Dods Hall.
