2009 All-SUNYAC Teams: Women's Volleyball / Men's Soccer / Women's Soccer
FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The 2009 All-SUNYAC teams in three sports were named this week.
Four Fredonia State women's volleyball players were cited Wednesday. Chosen to the West Division First Team were junior middle blocker Kaitlin Erdmann (Randolph), sophomore setter Brittany Lis (Lancaster), and senior outside hitter Rebecca Zimmerman (Jamestown). In addition, junior opposite Jenna Tatu (Tonawanda/Kenmore West) was a Second Team selection
All-conference teams in men's soccer and women's soccer were released today.
Junior forward Peter Dagel (Rochester/Gates Chili) was a First Team choice in men's soccer. Senior goalkeeper Thom Cavanaugh (Slingerlands/Voorheesville) and junior midfielder Eli Lubberts (Ontario/Wayne) made the Third Team.
In women's soccer, senior forward Lauren Heilweil (Binghamton/Chenango Forks) and sophomore midfielder Reilly Condidorio (LeRoy) were selected All SUNYAC First Team. Sophomore defender Lyz Dembrow (Lockport) made the Second Team, and senior defender Lisa Curtis (Rochester/Greece Arcadia) made the Third Team.
