FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The annual Fredonia State alumni basketball games are Saturday, Feb. 13, at Dods Hall.
The women's game starts at 11 a.m., followed by the men at 1 p.m.
To coincide with the annual games, both current Blue Devil teams will also be in action Saturday at Steele Hall. The women's game is at 2 p.m., the men at 4 p.m., both against SUNY Oneonta.
Receptions are planned after both alumni games. The women will hold a social after the women's varsity game. The men will convene in the hospitality area during halftime of the men's varsity game.
Director of Athletics and former men's basketball coach Greg Prechtl said men's players spanning the 1970s through the 2000s have indicated they will attend the game, including five 1,000-point career scorers: John Fischetti (Class of 1988), Jamie Eichel (1990), Keith Stiles (1995), Mike Gibbons (2002), and Taha Alassari (2007).
