FREDONIA, N.Y. -- For the fifth time as a collegian, Fredonia State diver Kelly Sponholz (Alden) is ECAC Division III Female Diver of the Week.
Sponholz, a senior and six-time All-American, won the SUNYAC 1-meter and 3-meter springboard diving titles last week while breaking her own conference records with NCAA provisional qualifying scores -- 471.95 in the 1-meter, 543.80 in the 3-meter.
