(SUNYAC Volleyball Players of the Week)
FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia State freshman Chelsea Senn (Hamburg/Frontier) is the reigning SUNYAC Player of the Week in women's volleyball.
Senn, a middle blocker, was cited for her 11-kill, 3-block performance Sept. 26 in the Blue Devils' 3-1 home victory over the University of Rochester.
She is the second Blue Devil to receive the weekly SUNYAC award this season. Senior setter Alyssa Torpy (West Henrietta/Rush-Henrietta) was cited Sept. 15.
In addition to receiving conference recognition, Senn was Fredonia State Female Athlete of the Week twice during September, including this week.
