FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State women’s basketball team dropped a 72-62 SUNYAC game to Oneonta on Saturday afternoon.
Oneonta led 36-26 at the half, and maintained the same lead at game’s end. Both teams recorded 36 points in the second frame.
The Devils (10-10 overall, 6-8 SUNYAC) had a trio of scorers in double figures. Grace Moore (Fredonia) led the way with 15. Katie Landy (Jamestown) had 14 points, and Merissa Gaeta (Kirkwodd/Windsor) had a double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds.
Oneonta (15-7, 12-3) received 17-point efforts from Madison Slagle and Sara Chrystie.
