(LIVE STATS FROM PLATTSBURGH)

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -- Fredonia State's Grace Moore (Fredonia) sank two free throws with :16 left to lift the Blue Devils to a 62-60 SUNYAC victory over Plattsburgh.

The games was close throughout with neither team leading by more than six points. The Blue Devils made their final field goal with 5:53 left, a jumper by Moore, then made eight straight successful trips to the foul line -- four by Moore and two each by Nicole Calbi (Olean) and Merissa Gaeta (Kirkwood/Windsor).

Katie Landy (Jamestown/Southwestern) led the Blue Devils with 16 points. Moore finished with 14 while Gaeta had a double-double -- 13 points and 10 rebounds.

The Blue Devils improved to 10-8 overall and 6-6 in the SUNYAC while the Cardinals fell to 2-16 and 0-12. The Blue Devils were 63-53 winners when the teams met Jan. 9 at Steele Hall.

On Saturday, the Blue Devils visit the Potsdam Bears for a 2 p.m. game.
