SUNYAC recognizes Blue Devils for good grades

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Seventy-two Fredonia State student-athletes were cited by the State University of New York Athletic Conference for their academic achievement during the Spring 2008 semester.

Among the honorees were 39 student-athletes named to the Commissioner’s List, an honor given to a varsity athlete who completed their entire season and maintained a grade-point average of 3.3 for three semesters. The All-Academic list is reserved for student-athletes who carried at least a 3.3 GPA for the spring semester.

The list is limited to student-athletes whose teams were in action at some point during the spring semester, which began in late January.
