Devils win two

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia State picked up two wins against SUNYIT at Sundays SUNYAC doubleheader.

Trey Johnson (Gerry/Cassadaga Valley) led the Blue Devils (11-18, 6-6 SUNYAC) in the first game with three hits.

Jeremy Hulbert (Newfield) got the win for Fredonia state while Ricky Carlson (Frewsburg) got the save. Carlson went on to pitch a three hit shut out for Fredonia State in the second game.

Kevin Malaney (Amherst) led the team in the second game with four hits.

The Blue Devils are home again Tuesday in a doubleheader against LaRoche.
