Manhattanville scored one goal in each period. Arlen Marshall connected on a power play at 9:23 of the first period to open the scoring. Jason Murfitt tallied an even strength goal in the second period to give the visitors a 2-0 lead. The Devils cut the lead in half when Bryan Goudy (Port Huron, Mich.) scored on a power play at 6:28 of the third period, his sixth goal of the season. Colin Sarfeh (Laguna Niguel, Calif.) and Steve Rizer (Smithtown) assisted. Manhattanville's Vinny Ciardullo capped the scoring with an unassisted goal at 13:03. Kevin Amborski (Bloomfield) made seven saves in goal for the Blue Devils. Paul Reimer stopped 19 shots for Manhattanville. The Blue Devils (9-6-3) were one for five in power play chances, while Manhattanville (10-3-1) converted once in three opportunities. Fredonia State returns to Steele Hall next Friday vs. Brockport, and Saturday vs. Geneseo. -------
