Devils defeat Gators

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia's Alyssa Przydrozny (Marcellus) connected on six goals in seven attempts to lead the Blue Devils (6-3, 1-2 SUNYAC) to a 15-7 non-conference home win over the Allegheny College Gators.

Other Blue Devil scorers included Stephanie Maderer (Orchard Park) with three goals and Christie Zaganiaczyk (Lancaster) with two goals. Nicole Williams (West Seneca/West Seneca West), Katie Monaghan (Fairport), Kelsey Lamb (Niskayuna) and Leslie Von Pless (Liverpool) all tallied one goal apiece.

Fredonia goalkeeper Sarah Wright (Rochester/Irondequoit) made eight saves.

The Blue Devils are back in action Saturday when they travel to SUNY Oneonta for a 1 p.m. match-up.
