Fredonia loses second straight road game

Oswego, N.Y. -- Fredonia (6-6, 1-4) took the an early lead but could not hold on, as Oswego (5-7, 2-4) surpassed Fredonia with a 12-10 win.

Fredonia's offense was led by Christie Zaganiaczyk (Lancaster/Lancaster) with five goals. Blue Devil Carrie Halstead (Penfield/Webster-Schroeder) had two goals and two assits while Nicole VanEtten (Endicott/Union-Endicott) had one goal and one assist. Rebecca Erlichman (Pittsford/Pittsford Mendon) and Leslie Von Pless (Liverpool/Liverpool) each scored one goal.

Blue Devil goalkeeper Sarah Wright (Rochester/Irondequoit) had 12 saves.

Fredonia's next home game will be Thursday at 4 p.m. against Morrisville
