Wayne Davis (Binghamton) hit a free throw to give the Devils a 45-44 lead at 11:52 of the second half. Plattsburgh then took off with an 18-4 run to take a 62-49 lead with just over five minutes left to play. Brad Cooper (Monticello) paced the Devils with 26 points. Kevin Saunders (Batavia) added 16 points shooting 6 of 7 from the field, while chipping in five assists. Plattsburgh was paced by Anthony Williams (Brooklyn) with 22 points. Antwane Miller (Brooklyn) added 17. The Devils held a 32-29 lead at intermission. They also out-rebounded the Cardinals 27-17 for the game. The Blue Devils (3-7, 1-2 SUNYAC) will play host to Potsdam at 4 p.m on Saturday. Plattsburgh (9-2, 3-0) travels to Buffalo State. -------
