After trailing 30-25 at the break, Potsdam scored the first eight points of the second half to take a 33-30 lead. Edane Barton (Spring Valley, N.Y.) accounted for five of his team's points over that stretch. Barton would go on to finish with a game-high 16 points -- 10 coming from the free throw line. He also led the Bears with five steals, four assists and seven rebounds. Also for Potsdam, Brandon Siskavich (Peru , N.Y.) collected 16 points and seven boards, while Scott Mitchell (Brushton, N.Y.) added 10 points. The Blue Devils were led by Mike Kelly (Corning/Corning East) for the second consecutive game with 12 points. Devin Watkins (Franklinville/Franklinville) chipped in with nine points. The Blue Devils (6-8, 1-5 SUNYAC) are back in action 8 p.m. Saturday at home against Plattsburgh. Potsdam (8-6, 3-2) will travel to Buffalo State.
