The Blue Devils (6-9, 3-4 SUNYAC) raced out to a 10-3 lead in the first five minutes, only to be outscored 31-3 the rest of the first half. They pulled within seven points late in the second half, but could get no closer. The Blue Devils shot 19 percent in the first half, and 32 percent in the game. James Kane (West Seneca/Bishop Timon) came off the bunch to score 10 points and grab 12 rebounds in 21 minutes of duty. Brad Cooper (Monticello) added nine points in addition to team-highs with three assists and three steals. Dodrick Spencer had 17 points for the Mustangs (4-9, 1-6 SUNYAC). The Blue Devils remain the the road Saturday for an 8 p.m. SUNYAC game at Oswego. -------
