Buffalo State pulls away from Devils

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Buffalo State came away with an 80-72 SUNYAC home win over Fredonia State.

The game had seven ties and 13 lead changes.

Junior Chris Donahue (Olean/Olean) had 18 points and junior Devin Watkins (Franklinville/Franklinville) added 16 for the Blue Devils (8-12, 3-8).

Freshman Kyle Gordon (Canandaigua/Canandaigua) chipped in with 11 points.

Gregg Jones led the Bengals (9-10, 4-7) with 30 points.
