The Blue Devils (8-5-1, 6-1-1 SUNYAC) were outshot 23-4 but earned the tie behind the 10-save goalkeeping of senior Scott Bergen (Schenectady/Mohonasen). It was Bergen's second shutout of the season. Plattsburgh (10-2-1, 5-2-1 SUNYAC) won a shootout, 4-3, for conference tiebreaking purposes. The Blue Devils visit Potsdam for a 2 p.m. SUNYAC game Saturday.
