Devils swept by Oneonta

FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State Women's softball team dropped a pair of games to the visiting Red Dragons Saturday afternoon.

In game one, the Blue Devils (5-11, 2-4 SUNYAC) jumped out to a 3-1 lead in the second inning. The Red Devls countered with three runs in the fifth inning and tacked on the winning run in the 6th to win the game.

Meghan Sullivan led the Blue Devils with a homerun and two runs scored.

Game two was all Oneonta as they shut out Fredonia 11-0 as the Blue Devils managed only 3 hits in the game.

The Blue Devils are next in action against New Paltz on Sunday, April 9th in a conference double-header.
