Five firsts for Fredonia

ALFRED, N.Y. – Three swimmers and one relay team recorded victories Saturday in a 133-75 loss at Nazareth College.

Freshman Cyrus Salehi (Fairport/Fairport) was a double-winner, touching first in the 50-yard freestyle (26.03) and the 100-yard freestyle (57.78).

Junior Chris Oaks (Macedon/Palmyra-Macedon) was victorious in the 800-yard freestyle in a time of 9:52.59.

Freshman Andrew Wilmore (Derby/Lake Shore) touched first in the 100-yard breast stroke. His winning time was 1:17.12.

The 200-yard freestyle relay team of Salehi, Oaks, Eric Wilson (Syracuse/Manlius Pebble Hill) and Wilmore took the event in a time of 1:49.09.

The Blue Devils are back in action Dec. 3rd through 5th at the Blue Devil Invitational.
