MacInnes, Chapman still improving

ROCHESTER, N.Y. Fredonia State freshman diver Teresa MacInnes (Tonawanda/Kenmore East) keeps improving off the 1-meter board.

MacInnes recorded 226.75 points Saturday in a triangular meet at the University of Rochester. It was a personal-best score for MacInnes and is believed to be a Fredonia State school record.

Freshman Lexie Chapman (Lockport/Lockport) is making similar improvements in the 1,000-yard freestyle. She lowered her own school record again with an 11:16.41 clocking.

For the Fredonia State men, freshman Andy Wilmore (Derby/Lake Shore) won the 100-yard breast stroke in 1:04.95.

Both Fredonia State teams finished behind McMaster University and Rochester in the team scoring.
