The Devils defeated Union 3-2 (30-21, 25-30, 20-30, 30-20, 16-14) before falling to Skidmore 3-0 (31-29, 33-31, 30-23). Amy Bertrando (Westfield/Westfield) had a team-high 14 kills against Union. Leanne Maloney (West Seneca/Mount Mercy) had 11 kills, 22 digs and four blocks. Alyssa Torpy (West Henrietta/Rush-Henrietta) added 42 assists and 10 digs. Against Skidmore, Bertrando again had a team high with 16 kills. Kaitlin Erdmann (Randolph) had 11 kills and four blocks. Jenna Tatu (Tonawanda/Kenmore West) had 13 digs and three blocks. Torpy tacked on 43 more assists to go with seven digs. The Devils are now 14-10 on the season. They will host the Blue Devil Invitational next weekend in Dods Hall.
