Devils defeated in SUNYAC match

BROCKPORT, N.Y. – Oneonta dealt the Blue Devils a 3-1 loss in the opening night of the SUNYAC Tournament at Brockport.

The Blue Devils dropped the first game 23-30 and won the second 30-27. The Red Dragons (23-17) took command with a 30-24 victory in the third game and turned back a comeback bid by the Blue Devils (21-15) with a 30-25 advantage in the fourth game.

Elizabeth Schaller (Marilla/St. Mary's) had 15 kills and JaHanna Dixon (Hamburg/Frontier) had 14 for the Blue Devils.

Oneonta advances to meet top-seeded Cortland on Saturday.
