The Cardinals (4-9, 2-4) scored the first six points of the second half and used the momentum to roll on to a 55-51 win. Detina Santiago (Connetquot) had 14 points and Jessica Dooley (Troy) added 11 for the Cardinals. Cheryl Kindzia (Williamsville/Williamsville North) was 10 of 12 from the field and finished with 20 points to lead the Blue Devils (5-9, 1-6 SUNYAC). Karolyn Baker (Olean/Olean) collected nine assists, while Danielle Bleecker (Pittsford/Pittsford-Mendon) and Lisa Gentile (Utica/Whitesboro) had seven rebounds each. The Blue Devils are back at home Saturday afternoon, at 2 p.m., to face Potsdam. The game will be played in Dods Hall as part of collegiate doubleheader.
