Oswego pulls away in second half

OSWEGO, N.Y. -- Fredonia State trailed by three points at halftime Friday, only to fall 71-51 to Oswego.

The Blue Devils (11-5, 6-3) pulled even, 44-44, on a three-point basket by junior Lisa Gentile (Utica/Whitesboro). They were outscored 27-7 over the remaining 12:52.

Sophomore Danielle Bleecker (Pittsford/Pittsford-Mendon) led Fredonia State with 14 points while Gentile added 13.

The Blue Devils are back in SUNYAC action Saturday at New Paltz.
