Shooting woes plague Blue Devils

OSWEGO, N.Y. -- Fredonia State went cold in the second half Saturday of a 47-36 SUNYAC loss to New Paltz.

The Blue Devils (11-6, 6-4 SUNYAC) scored only 14 points in the second half while shooting 25 percent (6 of 24). They had led 22-16 at halftime.

Fredonia State was led in scoring by sophomore Danielle Bleecker (Pittsford/Pittsford-Mendon) with 10 points. Sophomore Cheryl Kindzia (Williamsville/Williamsville North) added nine points and nine rebounds.

The Blue Devils return to action Tuesday night at Geneseo.
