The Golden Eagles (15-3, 8-1 SUNYAC) battled back to take their first lead, 60-59, on a three-point basket by Ashley Broadhurst with 3:36 to go. Following two free throws by Kindzia, Broadhurst made another trey to finish with nine points. A short bankshot by Kindzia forged a 63-63 tie with 2:06 left. Christine Princehorn put Brockport back on top, 65-63, with a jumper from just inside the three-point line before a bank shot by Angela Pucciarelli (Fredonia) with :28.4 left tied the score again, this time at 65-65. It gave Pucciarelli 13 points on the night to go with eight rebounds. Himes went to the line after she was fouled driving to the basket. She missed her first attempt but made the second, her game-high 28th point. Fredonia State's final possession ended with a turnover just before time expired.
