The Blue Devils (9-12, 5-9 SUNYAC) were 15 of 59 from the field (25.4 percent), including 1 of 12 from beyond the three-point arc. Cheryl Kindzia (Williamsville/Williamsville North) and Danielle Bleecker (Pittsford/Pittsford-Mendon) had 13 points each. Kindzia also grabbed 13 rebounds. Bleecker added 11 rebounds and blocked four shots. Karolyn Baker (Olean/Olean) collected six assists. The Blue Devils led by seven points midway through the first half, trailed at halftime 29-21 following an 18-2 Buffalo State run, and fell behind by as many as 12 points before rallying to within two points, 49-47, on a layup by Kindzia with just over six minutes remaining. They were again within two points with 4:45 left. The Bengals (7-17, 4-11 SUNYAC) regained command down the stretch. The Blue Devils close out their regular season with two SUNYAC games this weekend -- home Friday vs. Geneseo, on the road Saturday at Cortland.
