Women's Basketball

Neamon, Bleecker make All SUNYAC Team

FREDONIA N.Y. – Senior Amanda Neamon (Arcade/Pioneer) and freshman Danielle Bleecker (Pittsford/Pittsford-Mendon) have been selected to the 2004-05 SUNYAC Women's Basketball All-Conference Team.

Neamon, a 5-11 forward, was chosen to the Second Team after leading SUNYAC in rebounding and finishing among the conference leaders in several other categories. She averaged 12.0 points and 10.3 rebounds over the entire 25-game season. She also moved up to 10th all-time in Fredonia State rebounding with 485 over three seasons, and tied the school record with 32 points in one game.

Bleecker, a 6-0 guard, was an honorable mention selection. She averaged 8.6 points per game and led the Blue Devils with 61 steals and 23 blocked shots. This is her second All-SUNYAC honor this year; she was selected honorable mention in women's soccer during the fall season.
