Devils fall to Cortland

FREDONIA, N.Y. – Cortland moved to 4-0 in the SUNYAC (9-2 overall) with a 75-59 home win over the Blue Devils.

The Red Dragons led 32-29 at halftime, then pulled away early in the second half to drop the Blue Devils to 7-5 overall, 2-3 in the conference.

Senior Heather Martin (Allegany/Allegany-Limestone) came off the bench to lead Fredonia Stae with 15 points. Another reserve, freshman Cheryl Kindzia (Williamsville/Williamsville North), and starting senior forward Amanda Neamon (Arcade/Pioneer) had 10 points each.

Neamon led the Blue Devils with nine rebounds.
