Women's Soccer

Devils play to scoreless tie

BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- Fredonia State's women's soccer team played to a scoreless tie versus Brockport on Friday.

The Blue Devils are 8-4-3 overall and 4-2-1 in the SUNYAC. They are now tied with Geneseo, who they will meet tomorrow, for second place in the conference. The top six teams make the playoffs. The Blue Devils have two conference games remaining.

Freshman goalkeeper Becky Scroger (Spencerport/Spencerport) recorded her sixth shutout of the season, and her fourth straight.

Tomorrow's contest is at Geneseo.
