Oneonta rolls over Devils

ONEONTA, N.Y. -- Six-time SUNYAC champ Oneonta rolled over Fredonia State, 5-0, in a SUNYAC game Saturday.

The Red Dragons (6-1-1, 3-0-0) outshot the Blue Devils (2-3-2, 1-1-0) by a wide margin, 24-3. The hosts also had a 7-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Sophomore defender Linsay Kulas (Rochester/Aquinas Institute) was credited with two of the Blue Devils' three shots.

Fredonia State goalkeeper Becky Scroger (Spencerport/Spencerport) made nine saves.

The Blue Devils return home for three home games in the next seven days starting Tuesday (Sept. 20) vs. Elmira at 4 p.m.
